The Lake house is situated in the Tallebudgera Valley on the hinterland of Queensland's vibrant Gold Coast. This wonderfully presented home is within 10 minutes of the region's major shopping village, Robina Town Centre, which has 220 specialty shops and 6 cinemas as well as lakeside restaurants. Just 5-10 minutes away are the world famous Gold Coast beaches where you can enjoy the surf or simply relax soaking up the sun. Convenient access is available to several beautiful golf courses and private schools.

The home has been carefully landscaped to retain the feel of a rainforest. The pool is sculptured as a natural rock pool with natural overflow creating an appealing waterfall that trickles gently into the lake. The gardens have been carefully chosen to attract a wide variety of wildlife including fish, eels, turtles, water dragons and water birds.
The house itself is situated on a large 8,000 sq.m block with almost half of the land covered by the lake. The home measures 60 squares under rooves and 30 squares of fully insulated internal living area. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a study, guest room, lounge with a deck, billiards and bar area, powder room, and a 2.5 car lock-up garage.
